Jackson Pro Pro SL2Q HT MAH in Northern Lights
Jackson Pro Pro SL2Q HT MAH in Northern Lights
Couldn't load pickup availability
This is a high-performance shred machine in need of some serious TLC. While it remains fully functional electronically and structurally, it is being sold in poor cosmetic condition as a project guitar. If you have the patience for a restoration, this is a chance to snag a premium Soloist at a fraction of the cost.
Key Features & Specs
-

-
Neck: Through-body maple neck with graphite reinforcement for rock-solid stability.
-
Fingerboard: Ebony with a 12"-16" compound radius and piranha tooth inlays.
-
Hardware: HT6 string-through-body hardtail bridge (maximum sustain).
-
Pickups: Direct-mount Seymour Duncan Distortion (TB-6 bridge / SH-6N neck) for high-output aggression.
Condition & Damage Report
This guitar is sold As-Is. Please review the following notes carefully:
-
The Finish: The previous owner applied a poor custom paint job over the original Northern Lights finish. It can be removed with Citrus Strip, but the guitar will require a full refinish to return to its former glory.
-
The Headstock: There are two significant chips on the headstock tip. A portion of the binding is missing in these areas (refer to photos).
-
Hardware: One of the Jackson locking tuners is missing the thumbwheel. The tuner still holds tension, but the locking function is incomplete on that string.
-
Accessories: This listing does not include a case or gig bag.
The Bottom Line
Despite the "bruises," the bones of this guitar are elite. The neck-through construction and Seymour Duncan electronics are worth the price of admission alone. Perfect for a luthier-in-training or a player looking for a high-end "beater" with professional specs.
Note: Sold exactly as pictured. No returns or refunds based on cosmetic condition described above.
